Thank you for entering my contest! The draw will be done today. As soon as I can, I will upload the video of the draw, and communicate the winner!

 

THE RULES OF THE CONTEST ARE THE FOLLOWING:

• Winners will have the right to ask me a personalized theme for their Symbian phone, with custom images or suggested ones. The theme will be private and given only to the winner, and NOT published on Pizero.net unless the winner wants so. It will be a UNIQUE work made by me, licensed under Creative Commons with some license limitations (NON-COMMERCIAL USE).

• I will start making the theme after the contest is closed and will finish it in about 7-10 days. I will follow winner’s suggestions, but once the theme is made and delivered I have the right to refuse further modifications / add-ons or other kind of work . No warranties of the theme being exactly what you like.

• I Will make 2 (Two) Themes: one for the winner “simple user” and one for the winner “blog/blogger” linking to this page.

• The only way to enter the contest will be, for the simple user, to LEAVE A COMMENT AFTER THIS POST.

• Only comments under this post will be entered in the contest

• To enter the contest the user must enter:

1. His email, that will be kept private and not shared with anyone.
2. The user should also enter his name or nickname in the form.
3. There is NO NEED to write your full name in public, even a nickname it’s ok.
4. Only valid email adresses are allowed. Only one comment per user, and only one comment per ip.

• Multiple comments from same email address, multple comments from same ip, non-valid or invented emails or names will result in the comment being cancelled.

• The Contest begins now and closes the 30th of January 2008, at 00:00. The winners will be announced on January, 30th.

• Winners will be contacted only to the provided email adress and should reply from here.

RULES FOR BLOGS/ BLOGGERS

 

• To enter the contest the blogger should write a post or an article about this contest on their blogs. After that, They should do a pingback to this post, or leave a comment linking to the external post/article.

• I will do, for the winner, a custom and unique Symbian theme with personal images or a theme with logos/colours of the winner blog. The theme will be provided Under Creative Commons License and can be kept private, or published on the winner’s blog. It will not be published on Pizero.net.

EXTRACTIONS

• The extraction of the winning comment/link will be made on January, 30. Each comment will get a unique number, showing on the left of the comment, following the time it was entered, starting from 1.

• The extraction will be made entering the comment numbers, and extracting the winning one using the random features of the website www.random.org

• The Extraction will be video-recorded and uploaded on youtube and on www.pizero.net, on january 30, 2008 .

• The First extraction will determine the first winner upon all the comments. If the first winner is a simple user, a second extraction will be made using only the blog link numbers. In the other case it will be the opposite.

I think to have written all the necessary. I’m sorry for my poor english, but I hope all the rules are clear however.
