After reading this post on jaspp, I have downloaded Autothemes, the new symbian application from SymbianGuru.com using their trial version, and it works very well for me.
It’s Called Autothemes, and lets you change your theme with another at a fixed hour you choose or with a specific profile. It’s fully customizable. To know more about it, go here.
Someone may think that such an application is not very useful, but in fact I found out it to be very smart.
For example, I programmed three different themes during the day:
One for the morning, with bright background and black text for great readability under the morning sunlight.
Than one for the afternoon, for having a little change after lunch 
another one with quite bright background.
Then, when the sun goes down, I planned a more “fashion” theme, to show up my new creation to my firends (in the dark, it’s better).
What are the 3 themes?
Morning:
No Name (white)
Afternoon:
Blue Bubbles (you already know it, or at least you should!)
Evening & Night:
Royal
What? you want the first and the last?

Well i think Best Profiles is better then Autothemes. It lets you switch themes during the day, switch wallpapers, switch profiles so you can turn on silnce ringer at night for instance, run application in the right time etc. No matter what app you use themes should be similar i think (the same icons, watch). But themes schould have different colours, background etc. Its a hard work i think… The day theme can be yellow or orange, but people says that those coulors are too plastic. Night theme should be black, but someon can says that it is too sad… its a hard work …
