Say Hello to the New Nokia N97
Here it is! The New Flagship of Nokia Nseries was just announced today in Barcellona! And this one is going to be really impressive…. It is a Full Side-Slide Qwerty keyboard with Touch UI as well; 5mpx Camera, 3,5" Screen with a resolution of 360×640, 16:9 ratio, A-GPS, proximity sensor, compass, and a large 32GB of internal flash memory.
This phone is going to directly fight against the Apple iPhone but also and more, against the Android G1 and Samsung Omnia.
The Phone should be available in the First Half of 2009, probably in spring, for a price of 550 Euro + taxes.
Well, this one seems to me to be quite impressive. I absolutely like the style and design, and the idea of having both Touchscreen an physical keyboard. The only disadvantage could be related to the phone’s size and weight. The phone should be a little taller than the iphone, but not as large.
Also, this is a really great product, but I guess, this is just the first product of 2009, and there will more surprises to come out!

Unlike the previous n85 or n96,No matter it is design or its touch s60 5th interface…
I think i will get one after it is officially lauched….
Gosh! Now I feel grateful for not buying N96!
I've been so suspicious towards N96 & N85.
Those two seemed to be incomplete and should have been joined and complemented each other and with the arrival of Nokia 5800 Music Xpress with its touch GUI, N Series seemed to be outdated.
So now I understand that Nokia wants to be “Fashionably Late” in this touchy feely thingy with their Super-Classified-Flagship-N97.
This phone is definitely worth waiting.

WOW! I read about N97s release this morning and I'm very impressed! Phone is both beautiful and functional, but for me that kind of money will only go for Arte purchase
are there any themes planned for N97 PiZero?

I had this phone, windows mobile sucks.
So i came back on nokia, now i got a N96 <3
And i won't change for N97, i want a nokia with a multi-touch screen !
Not flaming or anything but looks a bit thick doesnt it?
But well done Nokia.. Finally we'll see the true evolution of n95 8gb (my n96 sux.. sigh)

That ertainly is a sweet looking device.
It's got a whole ton of cool features as well.

Well, after seeing the specs wich are still under the 'maybe'chapter..i wasn't that WOW-ed!
it should at least have xenon flash…and i think the ui of symbian s60 5th needs still some more
editing. I don't like the idea of those widgets… or at least those very visible ones.
I like them to be more in the background…

the Nokia N97 features a large 3.5 inch display with a resolution of 640 X 360 at 16.7 million colors. now that is an impressive video display capability isnt it?
I really love my Nokia N97. It is styles and very functional. The features of the Nokia N97 is so cool.
the Nokia N97 is very stylish and more rugged than the N91. I own both the N91 and N97, both are good phones but i like the style of the N97

i bought two units of Nokia N97 because i like the style of this phone and also its features. Best phone i have ever used.

I love the look and feel of the Nokia N97. This is probably the best phone that i ever bought, the other best phone would be the iPhone.
